  • LBP prices are calculated according to CCLAB’s daily exchange rate.

We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.

7. Delivery & In-Store Pickup

We offer delivery across Lebanon and in-store pickup from:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to third-party courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

CCLAB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or force majeure events.

8. Warranty Coverage

Products may carry warranty periods of:

  • 3 Months
  • 6 Months
  • 1 Year
  • 2 Years

Warranty duration is specified per product or on the invoice.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical damage or power surges
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty claims are processed according to supplier or manufacturer policies.

9. Software Installation Services

If you request software installation:

  • Installed software is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to service.
  • CCLAB is not responsible for data loss during installation or system updates.
  • Compatibility with third-party programs is not guaranteed.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunction upon delivery (reported within 48 hours)

Products must be inspected before approval.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)
  • Software installation services
  • Damage caused by misuse
