1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is malfunctioning upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may be handled under warranty terms instead of immediate replacement.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for return inspection:
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals must be included
- The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering
CCLAB reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues not caused by product defect
- Opened or used items without manufacturing defect
- Software installation services
- Products damaged by misuse, drops, liquids, or electrical damage
- Special-order or customized items
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is found to be defective within 48 hours of delivery and has no physical damage, it may qualify for immediate replacement (subject to stock availability).
If replacement is not available, the item may be processed under supplier warranty.
5. Inspection Process
All returned products are inspected by our technical team.
If the defect is confirmed:
- The product may be replaced (if available), OR
- Sent to the authorized supplier or manufacturer for warranty service
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
6. Warranty Handling
Products carry warranty periods of:
- 3 Months
- 6 Months
- 1 Year
- 2 Years
Warranty duration is stated per product or on the invoice.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Liquid damage
- Power surges
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repair attempts
Warranty processing time depends on supplier procedures.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- A replacement is unavailable, AND
- The defect is confirmed after inspection
Refunds will be issued via:
- Cash (for Cash on Delivery orders), OR
- Original payment method (for online payments)
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is confirmed defective, OR
- An incorrect item was shipped by CCLAB
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
